exchange (hosted PBX) is basically a telephone exchange system which is built
and managed by any third party service provider. It is an IP-base telecom
solution which is accessed and monitored with the help of internet. It provides
similar features which a traditional branch exchange system does. The
difference is that with hostedpbx,
there is no need to manage an in-house PBX system.
